Mark Hopkins manages the Interactive Services team at Tesoro Corporation, a Fortune 200 refining & marketing company headquartered in San Antonio. Mark shifted his career focus to the Web 12 years ago while trying to spice up his job writing technical manuals for a railyard logistics company. In the years since, he also managed the Internet and intranets for the CHRISTUS Health hospital system. Mark has a master's degree in Journalism from the University of South Carolina and a degree in Communications from Berry College (GA).
